By accessing and using SpeciNate ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SpeciNate is a wildlife conservation platform that connects donors with wildlife organizations and conservation projects. The Platform facilitates restrictive donations, provides educational content, and supports conservation efforts worldwide.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Donations and Payments

All donations made through the Platform are processed securely. SpeciNate charges a small processing fee on donations to support platform operations. Supporters may be eligible for refunds within 7 days of donation, subject to our refund policy and the status of the donation.

Refunds are issued by the wildlife organization that received your contribution.

5. Wildlife Organization Partnerships

Wildlife organizations must meet our verification standards to partner with SpeciNate. We reserve the right to terminate partnerships if organizations fail to meet our standards or violate these terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content but grant SpeciNate a license to use it for platform purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or any activity that could harm wildlife or other users. Violations may result in account termination.

8. Messaging and Communication

By using the messaging features in SpeciNate, you consent to the storage, processing, and moderation of communication content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SpeciNate stores messages and communication content for safety, support, fraud prevention, and operational purposes. Messages may be reviewed by authorized staff if flagged for safety, compliance, or service-related issues.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

SpeciNate provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the actions of wildlife organizations or the success of conservation projects.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
